Shipping policy

                                              Shipping and Orders

 

Shipping:

• Bird Dog Products ships to all addresses in the US including Alaska.             (Some restrictions may apply).
• International shipments are currently not available.
• Most orders ship within 24 hours of being received (Monday – Friday).

• If we have questions regarding your order, we will contact you through email.

• We use UPS, FED-EX and USPS to ship to most addresses in the US.
• If you are unable to receive packages using above services please contact us at support@birddogproducts.com
• We are unable to ship P.O. Boxes, contact us at support@birddogproducts.com for additional shipping options.          

Free Ground Shipping:

• We pay ground shipping cost on all orders over $150.00 within the lower 48 states.
• All orders under $150.00 will be shipped at the customers expense.

• Next Business Day and 2nd Business Day shipments are shipped the same day when orders are received before 12pm.

• Orders received after 12pm EST will not ship until the next Business Day (Monday – Friday). Orders placed after 12pm EST on Friday will not be processed until the following Monday. Order placed Saturday & Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

• Weekends and Holidays are not considered Business Days and do not count as Transit or Delivery Days. FedEx Next Day Saturday service is available in limited areas. Please call to check availability.

• You will be contacted by email or phone if there are order processing issues or unexpected delays. Be sure to provide a valid (Phone #) so we may contact you.

• Freight carriers do not Guarantee services The FedEx Service Guarantee does not apply disrupted by weather or natural disasters.
